Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all power cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
